Martha Hall

Originally from a small town in Indiana, Martha grew up competing in track and cross country. As an adult, she has competed in all distances in triathlon and has also been successful in cycling and swimming. Martha is a mom of two boys ages 15 and 13.  She understands the challenge to balance work, family and training.  She uses her passion and energy for sports to encourage and support her athletes and to help them grow as individuals.

Martha utilizes her racing background and degrees in communications and counseling to help her athletes achieve their goals.  She works with her athletes in all areas stressing the importance of nutrition, physical readiness and mental preparation.  Martha is a positive person and loves to encourage her athletes but she’s not a pushover. She believes that good results are achieved through hard work and being prepared!

PEAK PLAN:

  • This plan is for multisport athletes who need a weekly schedule of workouts designed specifically for their training and life
  • Allows for modifications to the plan based on work, family, training, and races
  • Unlimited communication offered from me
  • I work to respond within 24 hours with questions and concerns
  • Training and racing nutritional advice and suggestions offered
  • Heart rate / Power testing conducted and zones established
  • Cost is $200 per month
  • For Power based coaching add an additional $50 per month
  • One time set up fee of $100

PERFORMANCE PLAN:

  • This plan is for multisport athletes who are looking for a monthly training plan vs. weekly
  • Covers a 3-4 week time frame based on your races, work, needs, and life
  • No formal modifications to the training plan once established
  • Unlimited email communication provided
  • I will respond to you within 48 hours
  • I offer nutritional advice for training and racing
  • Heart rate / Power testing conducted and zones established
  • Cost is $150 per month
  • For Power based coaching add an additional $50 per month
  • One time set up fee of $100

SINGLE-SPORT COACHING:

  • Similar to the Peak Plan, but for one sport only such as cycling or running
  • This plan is perfect for the athlete who might be looking to increase their Power or Endurance for cycling or running
  • Heart rate or Power zones established based on testing
  • Cost is $150 per month
  • One time set up fee of $100
  • Additional $50 per month for Power-based coaching if the athlete is utilizing a Power Meter and requires detailed feedback

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS:

  • One on one, face to face plan consulting or training sessions
  • Training plan consultation or modifications for non-Peak coach athletes available
  • Swim, bike, or run training sessions to provide feedback on technique, form, etc
  • Cost is $100 per hour for non-Peak coached athletes and $50 for coached

THREE MONTH TRAINING BLOCK:

  • Training plan designed based on your race schedule
  • Delivered in a 3 month block
  • Cost is based on need
